This is our hand carved spatula. We make all of our products out of hardwood that include: maple, purple heart, walnut, and bubinga. All of our spatulas are hand carved, sanded, cleaned, and coated with a food safe mineral oil. It is a great wood to use for cheeseboards, cutting boards, and cooking utensils.
Dimensions: 11 inches long , square handle is 1.25 wide , paddle is 2.5 inches and the spatula is approx .25 inches thick.
