Painted Converse Sneakers are custom designed made to order artist painted "the Flash" shoes on Converse sneakers that make amazing one of a kind fan art for any enthusiast. Wear them at Comic Con or around town for fun. Each shoe is made to order for men, women, boys, or girls! I am the artist and I make each one to order. Here is some help on sizing:
Please note that Converse fits about 1/2 size larger than your regular size. Please check shoe conversion charts on internet before you place your order. Vans are pretty true to size. I like working on the men's unisex vans (rather than women's) because there is more surface area to paint and the end result is better. I also can work on any other shoe you like. Just ask.
NOTES:
1. The shoes you get may differ stylistically from what is pictured depending on the style shoe you select. In trying to accommodate the wide variance in sizes and styles, I do my best to paint the shoe that is pictured. However, sometimes sizing or variances may force alterations in design. If you want specific customization (or a different image, I can make alterations on your shoe and further customize it if your request for the same $$ amount if the request isn't too complex.
2. Shoes are painted with non toxic acrylic paint then sealed with waterproof UV proof matte finish sealant in addition to a heat set medium . They are durable, though it is not recommended you launder or heat the shoes excessively, or for that matter, kick through large puddles. Remember they are hand painted and you wouldn't throw a famous painting in a puddle would you? No, Of course not! ;)
3. Depending on how tough you are on shoes though, images may fade over time, but it is likely you will wear out the shoe before the custom paint work on the shoe.
