Hand Painted Underwater Shipwreck Chair

This hand painted, full sized hardwood chair features a whimsical underwater ocean theme. While hammerhead sharks circle at the surface, light filters down through the deepening water to illuminate the half-buried hull of a sunken rowboat. Curious fish flit around the the flotsam of the wreck and dart through the vibrant coral reefs. A school of rainbow colored fish rushes by, wrapping around the side of the chair onto the back, coming closer to the viewer before changing course and disappearing. This piece was created for a young boy (can you guess his name?), and is intended to see him through childhood and beyond. Using all non-toxic paints and sealers, it's perfect for use as a dining chair, a desk chair, or as a wonderful accent piece.
