Handpainted Jack Rabbit On Vintage Cabinet Door

Jack the Rabbit

Who'd have thought that vintage cabinet doors could be repurposed as artwork? They're rather perfectly suited for the task, being solid wood, are already framed, and are ready to hang right on the wall using the original hinges, if you like!

This dynamic jackrabbit has paused for a moment to graze through some tender, tasty leaves, but you can just tell by the alert set of his enormous ears and the tension in his body, he's ready to bound away at a moment's notice. Those ears, by the way, come right out of the painting at you, extending right up and over the weathered black frame, bringing the whole scene vividly to life. The mottled green background and the screening shrubbery frame the soft brown tones of the wild rabbit and his intelligent bright eye peering out at you.

This one of a kind piece of useable art measures 27.5" x 13.5", and is signed and numbered for authenticity.
