Handsewn & Handbound Blank Books Made From 100% Acid Free Rag Paper., And Calfskin Or Moroccan Leather

These books are made in the 18th Century style utilizing the materials and techniques of the period. The pages are made of 100% acid free rag paper, and the coverboards are archival as well. The signatures (page sections) are handsewn, using linen threads to attach the signatures to flax cords. They are bound in calfskin or moroccan leather. A 1/2 binding has leather only covering the spine; a 3/4 binding has leather on the spine and the 4 corners; and a full binding has the boards fully encased in leather.
