Hanging Stained Glass Panels In Dining Room

Bay windows allowed the dining room to be flooded with afternoon light, but they also showed more of the house next door than the residents cared to see. Since their budget wouldn't permit filling the large bay with stained glass, we came up with a wonderful alternative. We created five stained glass panels, one to hang in the center of each window. All five panels have the same line design, based on an anemone flower, with the colors running abstractly in passages across the five panels. That is, the panels share a design yet each panel is unique in color, and together they are a stunning whole. The bubbles and striations of rose, purple, green-blue, and yellow streaky mouth-blown glass make the sunlight play throughout the room. Who could notice the neighbors now?
