This TV stand is made from heart pine (wood from the center of a 200+ year old tree). Heart pine is very hard to obtain as modern practices do not allow trees to grow that old before harvesting them.

This TV stand is very strong and does not flex or bend at all. It is also very stable due to the weight of the heart pine.

This pine is also reclaimed from an old factory that was being torn down.
