This project was to clean up the home audio. The customer had a lot of money invested in the equipment and wanted proper storage for it. First we came up wih the idea of making the rack front look like a hatch cover off a cargo ship. This is very unique. All the equipment was in a rack and custom trim panel made them look awesome and very clean as well as protected. The old shelving was removed to house the new cabintery. All the speakers were hidden behind removable grills with sound deading foam to enhance sound quality. There was a dedicated panel for stereo with surge protection. Every piece of audio equipment for the entire home was hidden in the rack so no visable boxes and wires just the TV in the other rooms as well. The equipment all work off infrared repeaters so you could control everthing without seeing it. We also added lighted crown molding around the livingroom area to enhance the feel of the room. The before photos show how much of an improvement this made to the home. The new marble was matched to their current furniture so it really match the rest of the home very well.
