Yes, this is a glider/rocker! I always loved the motion of a glider but never liked the bulky, traditional look of what was on the market. I set out to design a wonderfully comfortable chair with 4 legs and modern, clean lines with a bit of a retro look. I worked for months with a local Amish shop to get the feel just right. We completely re-worked the idea of the glide mechanism and developed the Roncoil System resulting in the i-Glyde Designer Chair. We even use Memory Foam in the back for extra comfort. It's simply outrageous! The feel is so comfortable that we have to put a warning label on every chair: CAUTION! This chair may cause uncontrollable relaxation!

Every chair is custom made by Amish craftsman and upholstered just down the hill at a 2 person Amish Upholstery shop. We have a huge selection of fabrics from funky floral to the highest grade leather and you can send us your own too. I will work with you to get the exact chair that will fit your decor and style.
