These scoops can be engraved as you wish.
The working part of the scoop is selected for both efficiency and strength. The Hawk-Bill scoop is quite efficient at both gathering in the ice cream and getting into the corners of the container for that last little bit. The heavy bolster at the join of the spoon and the handle makes this scoop particularly strong which, if you are like me, is a good thing!
I can also use a more traditional ball-scoop or a paddle at your discretion.
