Iggy In The Sun

Iggy in the Sun is a larger, 16.5"x16.5" panel, made up of 113 pieces of some very special cut glass. The pattern was drawn from a photo of an iguana by Richard Daniel.

Iggy's himself has been crafted from five different types of glass; the most prominent of them being the mottled Oceana glass used over the majority of his body. The background glass leaves you wondering if he is out during sunrise or sunset, but regardless, he is obviously enjoying his time in the sun. Each piece of glass is chosen with care, hand cut and the panel is then hand crafted using the Tiffany copper foil method. Sturdy hangers are built into the metal frame of the panel and orders come with chain and hooks suitable for hanging the piece.

This panel is in stock.

Panels may be framed in wood upon request and at an additional cost.
