This lamp was a result of shop doodling. After awhile, the pieces and parts start to suggest their own designs. This lamp was fabricated with left overs from a couple other projects. the end caps and arms are made from Paperstone. The body is a piece of aluminum angle. The same goes for the socket cover tube. The cages are gutter downspout guards. I purposely scratched up the surfaces with grit form the shop floor. Then I used an oxidizing agent to darken them. After that, they got a coat of wax. The switch on the back is for a full range dimmer.
Many different bulbs will work in this lamp. It also works well with the cages removed.
Materials: Aluminum and Paperstone.

Jerry was the perfect craftsman for my project. His communication and attention to details was exceptional, and he was patient in working through the design process as we worked together to get to the final plan. We had some unforeseen installation issues and he took extra time to understand the issue and determine the right corrective course. All while staying enthusiastic and curious. I look forward to more projects in the future!
