This one of a kind conference table is constructed from one of the tracks of a 1958 Wheel Type Trenching Machine. The continuous track was sandblasted and allowed to naturally rust. A clear powder coat was applied to bring out the natural raw and burnt sienna, and patina copper undertones. Tying in a modern look to the historical base is a welded aluminum top with 3/8" thick tempered glass.
Quality and design were at the forefront of its construction. Leaving the welds on the aluminum top gives the normally cold metal a handcrafted touch and bridges the gap of the historical past with the modern present. With cleanliness and presentation in mind, the aluminum top is designed to slightly hinge upward for easy dusting and cleaning.
Measuring at: 46 ¾" W x 32 ¾" H x 94 ¾" L, this conference table will be a powerful center piece in any space, adding a touch of history with its own unique story.
