Is-32 Beadboard Island With 14 Drawers
We salvaged a set of old drawers hanging together without the sides or top from a barn in Raynham, Massachusetts. The drawers were repaired as needed, then we wrapped the skeleton of drawers in old beadboard to solidify the case. Stephen Staples hand turned the turnip feet to bring it up to island height of 36". The beautiful top is made from reclaimed antique pine floor boards from a circa 1850 home in Needham, Massachusett. This island has an overhang on the back allowing seating for one to two people.
