This Jackalope's ears are so long the crows can't resist annoying him just a little. The crows tease him while stooped on his lanky ears and hind quarters.
Whenever I make a rabbit, each one has it's own personality. Skillfully sculpted clay by hand, I never know how they will fit into the long narrow house frame but somehow I squeeze him in.
I used pink and orange glazes to accentuate the southwest flavor of this trios habitat. Along the sides I detailed green cactus against a blue sky. This ceramic tile is 3 dimensional and is meant to hang on a wall or in a niche. Made in Tucson, Arizona
