Kitchen In Pine And Fir
This kitchen was built in a house situated near the ocean surrounded by trees. The client wanted "wood and more wood".
Some of the cabinets had to be notched around the post and beam exposed structure. The Doug Fir and Pine woods were chosen to match the wall panelling and the flooring. The island was built around a free-standing stove and has open shelves on either side.
The solid wood frame-and-panel doors have v-match pine panes also simulated to match the wall panelling.
