Kulshan Lava Table

Series of 10. Each table is created with a Sho Sugi Ban (Burnt) edge where it meets the lava flow. The table can be finished in gloss, semi-gloss, satin or matte. The pictured piece was made from Catawba wood which was milled from a deadfall tree located in the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Kulshan (White Watcher) is the native name for the majestic Mt Baker.
