A combination of Victorian and shabby chic style, this exceptional wedding bouquet is made with fluffs of tulle, two sola roses, chiffon fabric roses, pearls and buttons, and a rosette handle. I used 30 stems to make this elegant bouquet, which measures 8'' in height and 6'' (without tulle) or 8'' (with tulle) in width.
