The robot lamps I make in my Reboot Robot series are nearly 100% recycled and found metal parts (I use new nuts and bolts), and this cutie showed me that the plumbing section of the recycled home goods store is like an art emporium! I had the brass planter body kicking around at home for quite some time, but once I found the pipe hangers that became the eyes and arms, I immediately found my inspiration. Since the light comes straight up and out from the body of the robot, it's perfect for that dark corner that needs illuminating :)
