Lampwork Glass Hummingbird Plant Stakes! Add a bit of whimsy to any plant!

Using nerves of steel, I melt rods of glass onto the tip of high temp wire in a very fine but strong gauge. Drinking coffee while making these can cause burns, cursing and other unsavory results. Please use care near wire and glass interface and do not wiggle or bend excessively.

Hummingbirds average in size but are approximately 1"H x 1.25"L x 0.75"W and have at least 3.5" of wire to insert into a plant. Glass is breakable, no matter how well I anneal, so please use caution and do not allow children to handle.

Hummingbirds visit my house everyday--even though I live in an area that's "not supposed" to have them. I have these glass hummingbirds in my plants and love that perfect little pop of color to remind me of all their gorgeous shimmering delights!

I do my best to accurately photo and represent the amazing colors of my glass items, but please be aware: color and brightness may vary slightly from monitor to monitor!

All of my glass items are inspired and hand crafted by me in my small but well loved studio. All are directly annealed in a digital kiln for strength and durability. Dog approved! Sarcastic cat couldn't care less.
