I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful piece I had make by lpostrustics whose sight I found on Custom Made. Larry and Joann Post not only created a beautiful bed they drove down to our home in the Adirondacks to install it. The bed is beautiful with gorgeous carvings by their daughter of loons, pine cones and pine branches. Larry did a amazing job creating the bed with different barks and tree branches. The bed now resides in our renovated home in the Adirondacks and is a very fine piece of Adirondack rustic art.
This is an Adirondack Rustic bookcase made with rustic alder wood, birch bark, willow, burls, cedar and reclaimed antique barnwood. There is an original oil painting of a mountain peak looking off into the Champlain Valley of the Adirondacks in NY. The painting is by Joann Post. The cabinet has pull out trays and spaces for the home owners electronics. This bookcase was made in 6 separate pieces so we could deliver it and on site work was necessary to put all the parts together.
