This piece was designed by a client. It is done on a wooden panel with acrylic paints. She had 2 designs she liked and wanted them to be combined... the mermaid and the water fairies. This is a large piece 36" x46". It is for a young girls bedroom and a lot of details were added so that it can be enjoyed upclose.

I first received the ideas the client wanted to combine, then I did a line drawing. We went back and forth as I finalized the design. I also received some color chips to match, so that the painting picked up the colors of the room.

Due to the level of detail in this painting, it took almost a month to complete.
