I had just completed one of the most complicated belts I had ever made. I was looking at this beautiful strap of leather and realized it was just perfect simplicity. As I looked at the buckle, it was the perfect pairing. Just the purest simplicity. The only decoration is the natural beauty and texture of the materials. The leather is natural and hand-rubbed with a half dozen coats of oil to draw out the natural attributes and textures and help it age as beautifully.
