Made in the Vaquero style and cut from 8-10oz US veg tanned US steer hide.

Saddle soap is then applied to the top grain side and edges and hand buffed to a satin finish.
English Bridle Leather was first defined for use by the British Calvary and is prized for it's superior quality. It is a Veg tanned leather
that undergoes an extensive process of oiling and waxing.
The time and attention given to the leather during the finishing process results in a superior leather that costs more but is well worth the cost.
Vaquero Style adheres to design practices developed on ranches by cattlemen in need of everything from reatas to horse gear.
Leather was the material at hand. Practical, durable and fixable were the main concerns so items were leather laced, not sown with thread
which rots and wears quickly or riveted as metal rivets corrode the leather. Many forms of lacing were used along with knots; all carried to a high art.
