Sometimes when I start, I have a general idea of what I want. I always know what shape I want. But sometimes I just have to work a piece until it is finished. And finished is simply when it feels finished. It's not logical, I just know it. Feel it.
This was the case with this purse. I had no idea the impact of what I had made...I just knew I had a grumpy husband since my "done in a few minutes" had evolved into "done in several hours..." Didn't sleep much that night(...but heard a lot of Wait Wait Don't Tell archives...and a few Black Adders...)
I posted some pics the next day...and one of my girlfriends just stopped by...to visit the purse!
I gotta admit...it's a pretty darn cool purse.
