The company logo (ITAssisteam) and their by-line was CNC carved into the acrylic. (Sign on right in pics). The Maple based was 3D Carved and a second slogan was carved along that 3D path. This makes the depth of the carved text consistent along the curve rather than having the text carved deeper in the middle of the base.
We can use just about any hardwood known to mankind and the text carved into the base can be painted any color or gold-leafed.
The RGB LEDs were mounted in the base and an IR controller mounted on the back of the base. This comes with a remote control allowing the user to adjust the color and various fading/flashing modes as well as turing the lights on and off.
