The table that was created for us is absolutely beautiful and will now be a family heirloom. You can tell that Corey respects the wood and his craftsmanship and quality is second to none (and my husband is a mill worker of over 35 years so he would know). Unlike most of my listings which are examples of past work, this exact table is currently for sale. This table is truly a "once in a lifetime" for me. The top is made from two stunning black walnut slabs that are a near perfect book match. The slabs feature some of the most beautiful curly grain I've seen to date.
The top measures 46" at the narrowest point and 61" at the widest. It is 119" long.
I have also added unique hand shaped inlay keys made from curly maple that add structural stability as well as a visual point of interest.
The base is our classic solid wood, through tenon trestle.
