Z-Boards are solid single-board Native Pennsylvania Hardwood (not glued up pieces of wood). All of our Z-Boards are made of kiln-dried hardwood that offer a stable cutting surface for cutting meat, vegetables and fruit. We only use "closed grain" hardwood with the right hardness that fights against bacteria contamination while being easy on knife blade edges. Z-Boards are available in various sizes, shapes and color tones allowing you to select the right board that matches your décor style and will be an eye-catching addition in your kitchen. All of our boards are "Reversible" and feature a cutting surface on both sides of the board and are available with or without routed juice grooves and pockets, additionally all Z-Boards are made with "Finger Grooves" for easy maneuvering.

Cured with Odie's Food Safe/Food Grade Finishes with no hidden toxins, metals, or carcinogens.

Enjoy our ZimBoard Walnut Crosscut in your kitchen or gift them to a lucky recipient.

Simple routine maintenance is required (hand wash, rinse, dab dry and stand on end to finish drying). Solid wood boards require routine oiling using food safe mineral oil. With proper care our boards will last for many years and can be easily refinished. Care instructions are supplied with each board.
