Live Edge Shelf
This shelf brings a sense of nature indoors with its natural live edge. This one is perfectly fitted to live squarely in a corner and is made of thick Oregon Black Walnut. The top surface is sanded ultra smooth to highlight the beautiful grain and the whole piece is brushed and finished in a hand rubbed natural oil finish with a soft luster. I make live edge shelves for corners and straight sections of wall from many species of wood and invite custom requests for special situations. Currently we have sections of Oregon White Oak and Black Walnut, Pacific Madrone and Cherry, Norway Maple and Big Leaf Maple though we have access to other species upon request like Black Locust, Blue Pine, Juniper and more - please ask! Longer lengths of shelving can be sold by the foot for small shelves if requested. Shelves have keyhole slots on back and come with complete instructions to conveniently and easily hang on well anchored wall screws for a nice floating shelf effect.
