This bench is constructed entirely out of New Mexico Walnut with mortise and tenon construction throughout. There are no screws, bolts or metal in it. The cross member is attached to the legs by way of a through tenon and pegged, the legs have a double mortise and tenon and are glued with waterproof glue into the top. It is truly a unique one-of-a-kind bench.
