On relatively short notice, they got a latitude/longitude hand-painted sign to us (Oregon to South Florida) to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. It represented the beach where we met and were married. Tears for both of us (as well as our waiter) when we opened it at dinner.
They were so supportive and caring throughout the process. I would recommend them 100%+ .. -
Tim provided clear communication at the onset of my order. But I do have to say that I am somewhat disappointed with the sign. I thought that the sign would be more distressed and I had paid for hand painting of the numbers, but to me the characters look to be vinyl stick-ons. I was hoping for more of the look of hand-painting.
