Loons - Quilled Framed Wall Art New Hampshire Loons
This beautiful 10 "x 12" quilled Loon and Baby is double matted in either ocean green or silvery grey and framed under glass in a black oak frame. Quilling is the art of rolling narrow strips of paper and shaping the rolls to use for designs. Quilling my way is my original technique of adding a cut out over the quilling as the design and using the rolls of paper for the details.
