Quartered Oak with Traditional Mortise & Tenon joinery throughout.Incredible Quartersawn, careful handcrafting, beautiful cutouts, and massive components.It is ready for your foundation\/box spring and mattress.
STANDARD TWIN SIZE.
MASSIVE 10" WIDE SIDE RAILS. ALL COMPONENTS ARE MADE FROM 5/4" LUMBER. THE LEGS ARE 2" THICK STOCK.
THE HEADBOARD AND FOOTBOARD ARE SECURELY MOUNTED WITH TWO SETS OF BED HOOKS ON EACH END OF THE SIDE RAILS. WE CAN'T STAND THE THOUGHT OF THE BED RAILS LOOSENING UP, NOT EVEN A CENTURY FROM NOW, SO WE DOUBLED THE HARDWARE ON EACH END.

There is a lot of hand work in these cutouts.
We finish all of our work using Water Soluble Aniline Dyes for a crystal clear, deep color.Aniline dyes are known for their deep rich color, absolute clarity, and colorfastness.
