Mahogany Newport Cedar Lined Blanket Chest
This blanket chest was built out of mahogany and on the inside is cedar to protect the contents stored in the chest. On the front are fake block front drawer faces to give the apperence of a small chest of drawers. Also on the drawer faces are post & bails with a key escutchen plate in the centers. Don't forget to look on the feet for the hand carved details that help complete the style.
