This beautiful shooting star pendant features a vibrant trillion cut, 1.79 carat Spessartite Garnet set in 14k white gold with a trail of Gibeon meteorite. The trail is highlighted by several small diamonds, weighing .14 carats, flush mounted in the meteorite. The meteorite has been etched with nitric acid to reveal the characteristic patterns, or Widmanstatten figures, of iron meteorites. The pendant hangs from an 18k yellow gold bale that has been laser welded to the back of the meteorite and is on a multi-strand black steel cable with a 14k gold clasp. It measures 45 mm by 15 mm.
