Memorial Bead
These lampwork beads are designed to be worn on a Pandora style bracelet. Each has a sterling silver core to help protect the inside of the bead from wearing on the bracelet.
The beads are designed with a flower motif. A 2.5mm CZ in the center of the main flower acts as a little point of shine. The roses and other small petaled flower adds to the over all design.
Mixed into the blue/green background are bands of dark ashes. These are the cremains of a beloved mother. In this way, a mother's memory can be with you always.
I take this type of project seriously. I have the utmost respect for working with these cremains. I had a "talk" with mom before I commenced the project. I explained to her what I was going to be doing and that her loved ones want to take her through their lives.
