This Watch and Valet Box is constructed of solid figured Walnut and Birdseye Maple. These hardwoods were hand selected for the uniqueness and beauty of their grain. The Birdseye Maple used for the top medallion and pulls features dramatic birdseye figuring which, when viewed from varying angles, appears to be almost holographic.

When the top is opened, it reveals storage for eight watches. Eight velvet watch pillows are also included with the box to provide safe and attractive resting places for the watches. Underneath the top watch compartment a sliding drawer provides open storage which can be lined with a cufflink storage tray, a slotted tray for the storage of fountain pens or left open.

This piece is very striking and would be handsome addition to any home.

I do not use any stains or dyes when creating my pieces. All colors seen are the natural colors of the wood, which will continue to deepen and enrich over the years.

Each piece is signed and dated on the bottom.
