Beautiful custom designed Mission Style end table or night stand. Drawing from several Stickley cues this craftsman table is constructed of quarter sawn red oak using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. The ray flake resulting from the quarter sawn process provides a beautiful graining appearance to the top and sides. The drawer is hand fitted with dovetail joints and a beautiful mission style hammered bronze color pull.

Significant time and attention is devoted to the finish in order to replicate the beauty of the traditional Arts & Crafts furniture of the time. After extensive hand sanding, a honey amber aniline dye followed by an oil base golden oak and gunstock color blended stain is applied. This beautiful honey brown color is similar to Stickley's "Aurora". A shellac seal coat is then applied with another thorough sanding. Finally 3 coats of satin urethane are applied with a rub out between coats.
