Moorestown Kitchen

The old white melamine kitchen was looking tired and starting to fall apart; it was time for a space with warmth and a lot more pizzaz. Working with the basic layout of the old kitchen, I created a new cabinet style, traditional in construction but contemporary and sophisticated in feel. I also felt the big room needed some human scale, so I included appealing shapes, and offset heights and levels, to create smaller spaces; I also designed a cozy round breakfast nook for informal family meals, homework, and reading the Sunday Inquirer.
