Here is a mosaic backsplash for customers kitchen. They wanted it modeled after a plate they got in Barcelona in the Gaudi style.
This was done with traditional stained glass that was cut into shapes, fired in a kiln to soften the edges to mimic ceramic tile edges.
I can make just about any design and prepare it for your tile person to install. Pricing depends on complexity and size.
