Mr² Secretary Desk Available In Pine And Different Hardwoods
The mr² Secretary Desk (Shown in Whitewash Stain and Satin Finish) is available in multiple hardwoods and two desk styles, Each piece is stained to your preference and finished with high quality lacquer satin finish.
Desk Section-See Drawings for Details (31" H x 42" W x 24" D):
• There are two options for the desk configuration. Corner Cut (Shown) and Rectangular.
• Solid hardwood boards are utilized. No Veneers
• Hardware allowance of $75.00.
• Finished board thicknesses approximately 7/8".
• The six (6) legs are approximately 1 ¾" x 2' for structural rigidity.
• The top is approximately 7/8" thick.
• The sides, back and aprons are secured to the legs and top with pocket screws for maximum strength and rigidity.
• To achieve the widths required, multiple boards with biscuits and compression gluing may be utilized to insure flush joints and strength.
• The four (4) drawers have a wooden guide rail and slot guide with stop. Drawer inside dimensions noted on the drawing.
• The inside of the drawers are left natural with multiple clear coats of lacquer.
• Six (6) legs are approximately 1 ½" x 1 ½" square.
• Customer defined white wash or antique stain and finish. Multiple samples of stain and finish will be sent to the customer for approval before final finishing.
• There back is completely finished for maximum structural support. The back is finished like the front with inset panels of hardwood.
• Front, side and back panels are inset so the drawer faces are flush with the legs and top.
• Side panels are inset approximately ¼" to add a distinctive and finished look to the piece.
• The lip of the table top overhangs by ½".
• No change in specifications without customer approval.
Top Section-See Drawing for Details (42" W x 54" H x 11" D):
• Solid hardwood boards are utilized. No Veneers
• Hardware allowance for drawers and doors: $70.00.
• Finished thicknesses approximately 7/8".
• The sides and shelves are secured with pocket screws for maximum strength and rigidity.
• The top and base are secured with power screws to the sides and risers.
• To achieve widths required, multiple boards with biscuits and compression gluing may be utilized to insure flush joints and strength.
• The inside of the cabinet is left natural with multiple clear coats of lacquer depending upon the type of finish requested.
• Four attached wood brackets on backside of section for mounting to the wall. The unit can be placed on the desk or suspended from wall.
• The four drawers are flush with frame and on wooden rails and guide with back stop. Drawer inside dimensions noted on the drawing.
• The two door frames are approximately 3" wide with matching multiple board wood panel inset. Spring closed door hinges are utilized.
• Five envelope slots.
• Customer defined stain and finish. Multiple samples of stain and finish will be sent to the customer for approval before finishing. Wood stock from the piece is finished and sent to the customer.
• The back is 3/16' matching plywood secured with brass screws
• No change in specifications without customer approval.
