The design of this unit satisfies a multitude of needs. First off, this area is in a kitchen, but is also the only "thru" way from one end of the house to the other. So the unit had to be streamlined, functional, correctly fit around an existing painting on the wall and incorporate a facsimile of a small round table that used to be directly under the painting. In fact, studing the principles of Feng Shui helped in designing this unit as it relates to an adjacent kitchen island.
Features include:fluted radius legs, sliding glass doors, adjustable, reinforced shelves, unique flush pull-out center shelf and recessed matchbook teak veneer panels. Maple was the wood choice.
