Necklace: Silver Spirals On A Purple Tagua Nut
This pendant is made from a purple-died Tagua nut slice that was actually a button. Tagua nuts are a natural, sustainable material (palm tree nuts) that is used in place of ivory.
Silver (coated copper) wire Celtic / Medieval-inspired spirals dance across the surface of this slice of a purple-dyed Tagua nut button.
The button was unique, but if desired I can find a similar material. I also can use sterling silver wire in place of copper.
The pendant is about 1-1/2 inch long and 1/8 inch thick, and is strung on a silver-plated chain to hang about 12 to 15 inches long (as desired).
Dimensions: 1-1/8" long, approximately 3/4" wide, and 1/8" thick.
