This Night stand was born out of a client seeing my larger chest of drawers and liking it so much that he asked me to make him one with only 2 drawers.
The original design is something I came up with about 3 years ago that involves the whole section of the drawer coming to you as you pull it out. Instead of a drawer box coming out of a cabinet box, I decided to change it up and have the whole thing come to you.
Don't tell anyone I'm doing this, I don't want the word to get out. I'd be bummed if some day I found out that Ikea started doing this too ;-)
