Oak Dining Table

This was a customer requested design / size / paint and color. While building this table it caught the nickname "Henry VIII" due to it's massive size and weight. The top is solid white oak 2" thick, 85 inches x 60 Inches. The base is also solid white oak. The estimated weight of the table is at about 500 pounds. The table top slats are held together with mortis and tenon type joinery as is the base of the table. Few screws are used in this table and significant time is put into the method of building to ensure this piece will endure time and constant use.

The top is stained and clear coated with a satin finish and the base painted white.

The bench tops are constructed of the same 2" thick white oak material with solid white oak base construction.

I can build just table or include matching benches. Design is not locked in and changes can be made to suit your specific style.
