The Oblique Beam is designed in a contemporary, minimalist-chic style - clean lines, simple materials, fine finish, high craftsmanship.

Built out of steel and glass, its casually striking form is equally at home in a Dining Room or for outdoors as a deck table. The difference is simply how the steel is finished

The base is three beams of asymmetrically placed 2x3" tubular-steel
Several finishes are available - raw steel finished with linseed oil for a more earthy, industrial look; anodized metallic paint (as in the images), red, blue, green or yellow for a daring but sophisticated look; and, best for outdoors, powder-coating in a wide palette of colors

The top is 3/8 inch glass, polished edges, one inch radius corners. Again the glass can be of a different character - say laminated, or bevelled - or can be replaced by wood or stone

The table in this image is a 36 inch square but can be built to custom sizes and shapes

Choice of finish, material and size will dictate cost

The table will ship as the base and glass in separate pieces
