This is a small, "parlor" style guitar based on a turn of the century Washburn model. With salvaged Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, an AAA Adirondack top, and slotted Brazilian Rosewood headstock with Gold Waverly tuners, it has a surprisingly loud and focused sound. There is more bass than is normally associated with the small parlor size. The scale is 24.9" with an ebony fretboard and 12 frets to the body. The pyramidal bridge is made of brazilian rosewood. The width at the nut is 1 3/4" with a string width at the saddle of 2 3/16" With it's large sound and strong fundamentals, this makes an excellent guitar for fingerpicking in an intimate setting as well as on stage. Priced at $4850 with a black hardshell case.
