Office Desk Or Kitchen Table
This reclaimed Fir table is suitable for so many locations. Reclaimed Office Desk made from Douglas Fir removed from an old industrial warehouse in South East Portland, Oregon. The legs are hardwood dunnage used to ship railroad rails from Asia to Oregon. (I can also make steel legs-drop me a note to discuss design and pricing!)
The beams were originally built as a work bench for a metal shop. There are holes and dips and rough cuts. I milled the wood and built the top leaving as much of the original character as possible. 1/4" Steel plates attach the legs to the top.
