I specialize in creating tables and other furniture out of 60-120 year old retired grape vines from California's premiere wine growing region.
These retired grapevines have brought joy to generations of wine drinkers. Though their winemaking days are behind them, their distinctive character lasts on. Decades of careful cultivation combined with the vines natural tendency to create their own whimsical chaos yields striking compositions. With some careful shaping and finishing, each piece becomes a work of art suitable for warming the heart of a true wine lover.
This 18" tall rectangle coffee table is only standard in height. It has remarkable movement in each piece drawing the eye upwards. Decades of wine producing have aged this wood with all the striations of color from drawing the rich nutrients from the soil. Each piece is built in a circular pattern to highlight the dynamic colors of the vine.
This is our signature piece that continues to wow the wine world.
**The glass ships separately, directly from the manufacturer.**
DIMENSIONS: Grapevine base is approx 18" tall x 18" wide x 36" long for a 24" x 48" glass top. Contact us for custom sizes; base will change dimensions if you order a larger size glass so it stays in scale.
INCLUDES: 1 x Alionza Grapevine table, 1 x glass top, plus lots of extra goodies I make from the cutoff pieces!

We enjoyed our custom made grapevine coffee table until we discovered it was infested with wood-eating beetles. An exterminator confirmed these beetles reside in the wood. The table was not salvageable and the bugs destroyed the rug beneath the table. The maker refused to respond to my request for remediation. Before considering spending thousand of dollars on any product from this maker, I strongly urge you to take heed of the following response from Custom Made Support: "The listing clearly stated that the product is made from recycled materials. As such the maker had no way of knowing that the materials used to create your table were infested with bugs."
