This beautiful piece is multifunctional piece and can be used as; a plant stand, side table, end table, step stool, sitting stool, statuary stand, etc. It is made from a 3" thick round cut of Hard Maple that was reclaimed from a fellen log. It has interesting black line spalting and various irregular grains patterns that pop out from the tinted orange color. I decided to tint this piece of wood orange because for one it is different and for 2...I like it! It is paired with 3 three-bar steel hairpin legs to add an industrial, mid century and modern twist on the natural top. It is stout and can handle anything you place on it! Finished in a home made satin poly mixture to resist moisture and protect the wood from the daily grind. Measures 13" H x 14" x 11 1/2" & the top itself is 3" thick. Add a twist of modern nature to your home! This would be a great small and functional piece that would give that color POP you've been missing!
